The first part of the triptych Is This The End? by Jean-Luc Fafchamps, Dead Little Girl focuses on a teenager who is lost in a transitional world populated with ghostly entities. Moving from fear to anger or utmost distress, she was ‘just a little girl’ who was simply looking for love. The work is a musical and vocal show performed live, blended with pre-filmed sequences shot behind the scenes in an opera house (La Monnaie in Brussels). The film recalls the girl’s erratic journey.
